Rates:

$105.00 per night for 2 people and a 2 night minimum stay. ($10.00 extra per night for each additional person).

Weekly Rates:

$95.00 per night for 2 people staying 7 nights or more. ($10.00 extra per night for each additional person).

Festivals and Holiday Rates:

$140 per night for 2 people and a 3 night minimum stay. ($10.00 extra per night for each additional person).

Damage Consent:

Each Guest is responsible for any damages that may occur while staying at the cabin. This form is available upon arrival for each guest to sign.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be called (or text) in within 48 hours prior to 3:00pm on scheduled arrival date to preclude forfeiture of the first nights deposit. Relative to these circumstances, the forfeited deposit may be applied to another reservation within 6 months following the anniversary of original reservation.

Deposit Policy:

First nights deposit must be received within 7 days after making reservations. Credit Cards are not accepted. Please mail a personal check to Bob or Beth Merrill, 52 Rosewood Drive, Beebe, Arkansas 72012. If the deposit is not received within the designated time, the reservation will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.
